Welcome to our natural wine bar in Marvila, a cozy and creative spot where creativity and good wine go hand in hand. We pour a rotating selection of organic and biodynamic wines from Portugal and beyond. Relax in our inspiring space, meet friends, and enjoy a beautiful glass of authentic wine. Stop by for a glass, or combine wine with clay in our Sip & Spin class.
JUST HERE FOR THE WINE?
Absolutely!
You don’t need to book a pottery class to come by for a glass of wine. Walk ins are welcome, and no reservation is needed for the bar.
The wine bar and bottle shop are open Wednesday and Sunday from 16:00 to 18:00, and Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 16:00 to 22:00. Come by for a glass, stay for a bottle, or pick one up to take home.
Expect natural wines in a bright industrial space, with plenty of natural light, good music and the relaxed, social atmosphere of Studio Marvila.

Our wine list is small, thoughtful and always changing, with a focus on natural wines we genuinely love.
Curated selection
We keep the selection tight and rotating, mixing easy drinking favourites with more unusual and expressive bottles.
Organic grapes
Many of our wines come from small producers working with organic or sustainably farmed grapes. Expect Portuguese and European wines, from fresh whites and juicy reds to skin contact wines and pét nats.
Wild fermentation
Many of the wines are fermented with native yeasts, creating more expressive, individual wines that reflect the grapes and where they come from.

Do I need to book a pottery class to visit the wine bar?
No! You’re always welcome to come by just for a glass of wine. No pottery class needed.
What’s the difference between the wine bar and Sip & Spin?
The wine bar is simply for coming by, having a glass and hanging out. Sip & Spin is a 2 hour pottery wheel workshop that includes two glasses of natural wine.
Can we book Sip & Spin for a birthday or bachelorette group?
Yes, absolutely! We love hosting birthdays and bachelorette groups. Send us a message through our contact page and we’ll help you organise it.
Do you take walk ins, or is a reservation required?
No reservation needed for the wine bar. Just come by!
