By booking a workshop or using this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Workshop Bookings

All workshop bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only once payment has been completed.

Workshop fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

2. What the Workshop Fee Includes

The workshop fee covers the experience, including:

• Instruction and guidance

• Use of materials and tools

• Studio time

Ceramics is a learning and creative process. Finished pieces are not guaranteed. Any items taken home are considered a bonus, not an entitlement.

3. Breakage & Firing Disclaimer

Ceramics is an unpredictable process. Pieces may crack, warp, break, or explode during drying or firing.
By participating, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

We cannot be held responsible for damage that occurs during firing, glazing, or drying, and no refunds or replacements will be offered for damaged pieces.

4. Finished Pieces & Collection

Participants will be notified when their pieces are ready for collection.

Finished pieces must be collected within 3 months of receiving the notification.
After this period, we are unfortunately unable to store pieces any longer, and uncollected items may be discarded.

5. Rescheduling & Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. Workshops may be rescheduled or cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, subject to availability.

Each booking may be rescheduled once only. Once a reschedule has been used, no further changes can be made.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the workshop start time cannot be accommodated.

If you do not attend your workshop (no-show), the workshop is forfeited and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

6. Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for your workshop.

If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, you will not be able to join the session.
Workshops begin with important explanations and demonstrations, and late arrivals disrupt the experience for other participants.

7. Safety & Conduct

Participants must follow all studio safety instructions.
We reserve the right to remove anyone behaving in a disruptive or unsafe manner, without refund.

8. Changes to Workshops

We reserve the right to make changes to workshop dates, instructors, or content if necessary.
In the unlikely event that a workshop is cancelled by us, participants will be offered a reschedule or refund.

9. Website Use

All content on this website, including text and images, is the property of the studio and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a workshop or using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
